We are busy setting up today for the i love art popup tomorrow- and it all looks SO GOOD! Earl cracked a new kiln open this week: so lot’s of new Earl goodies 🙂 Sheila’s been working on some very cool new earrings (I LOVE the red silk thread details). KT is out celebrating her Birthday (happy birthday KT!) and I love the fact that one of her pieces on the wall looks just like a birthday cake! I’m excited to share my new risograph prints (especially the chocolate hellhole one: ask me about the story behind it). And Amantha Tsaros, in addition to her work on display in the gallery, also has some cool new items (including some very colorful risograph prints). And the best news: Tanya promises to make some delicious for the evening reception…
Stop by if you can – it’s going to be a ton of fun!!

Delicacy is a multidisciplinary exhibition, showcasing the work of five New England mixed media artists. A common thread among the artist’s can be found in their studio practices through the works execution and subject matter. Explored ideas of intimacy and delicately applied techniques resonate in the work.
The five artists are Jenny Brown of Providence, Rhode Island, Daniel Zeese of Somerville, Massachusetts, Stephanie Todhunter of Medford, Massachusetts, Cory Munro Shea of Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Susan Emmerson of Dorchester, Massachusetts.
In addition to woven expressions of elegance the work simultaneously expresses an undeniable vigor.
